    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Junior Retail Account Manager.

    Requirements:
    - Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships;
    - Strong Customer focus;
    - High level of accuracy, attention to details;
    - Good organizing, planning and control skills;
    - Ability to work with deadlines;
    - Analytical thinking/skills;
    - Ability to manage big accounts;
    - Knowledge of the market/ main competitors;
    - Good level of MS Office.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Selling-in at a retail account level including order taking to achieve set account quotas and a desirable portfolio mix;
    - Management of account level discount and rebates;
    - Control of stock, address stock-outs, pricing, orders, obsolete products, NPIs, promotions definition etc.;
    - Business performance improvements – analyze results and define corrective or improvement efforts;
    - Engage assigned accounts to participate in relevant events or trade activities;
    - Support sales event days;
    - Continuously develop own knowledge of company’s processes, products and merchandising standards;
    - Develop strong, efficient and effective relationships at account and store level;
    - Ensure consistent and regular bidirectional communication channels are developed;
    - Address or escalate business/sales inhibitors;
    - Proactively share trends and competitive dynamics at account and store level.
