    • Collect, understand and analyse the learning & development needs of employees by working and maintaining a close relationship with department managers;
    • Produce, develop and deliver training materials & programmes that will help employees understand the subjects being taught (processes & procedures, soft skills, refresh trainings, induction programmes, etc.);
    • Set training objectives & expectations;
    • Use specific tools and training methods: case studies, role play, simulations, experiential learning, debriefing, etc.;
    • Adjust training methods to trainees’ needs during the training programme;
    • Identify possible communication gaps or objections while delivering the training programme and manage them accordingly;
    • Objectively evaluate the training sessions, focusing on both personal (own) performance and trainees’ behavior;
    • Assess individual results of each trainee and set future development directions;
    • Permanently offer and ask for feedback (questionnaires, etc.)
