Senior Recoveries Officer (for an important banking company)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATION LEVEL: University Degree

2. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
a. Minimum 3 years in banking system;
b. Minimum 2 years of experience with corporate or SMEs clients;

3. FOREIGN LANGUAGES: English mandatory

4. SPECIAL APTITUDES:
a. Strong client and business orientation;
b. Very good negotiation skills;
c. Good skills of analysis and problem solving;
d. Good planning and organizing skills;
e. PC operating knowledge;
f. Understanding the business fundamentals.

 Deals with Non-Performing Accounts transferred to the Recoveries Department (lending customers with delays in payments of their installments/debts toward the Bank for more than 90 days and/or subject to legal procedures - insolvency, bankruptcy, judicial moratorium, enforcement).
 Makes arrangements/agreements with the Non-Performing Customers regarding payment of credit installments.

Monthly salary: 5000 lei net (depending on the proven previous experience)
Limited period: 6 months
Program: Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00
