    Studii medii (liceu),cunostinte de specialitate;
    Minim 1 an intr-o pozitie similara (casierie si/sau operatiuni servicii clientela);
    Utilizare calculator: cunostinte solide de MS Office;
    Bune cunostinte de limba engleza – comunicare orala si scrisa;
    Cunoasterea legislatiei bancare locale (regulamentul BNR);
    Cunoasterea foarte buna a serviciilor privind numerarul.


    Primirea, acceptarea si procesarea ordinelor de plata, instrumentelor de debit, schimburilor valutare si depozitelor, pentru clienti bancii;
    Investigarea si monitorizarea erorilor si oferirea informatiilor telefonice clientilor (tranzactii refuzate, confirmare sold, tranzactii prin IOL etc);
    Efectuarea incasarilor si retragerilor de numerar la cererea clientilor, precum si a tranzactiilor de schimb valutar de tip CROSS;
    Efectuarea transferurilor catre Sucursale;
    Pregatirea raportarilor catre BNR si catre Sediul Central;
    Deschiderea de relatie si conturi si efectuarea modificarilor de date pentru SME si MCB.
