YOU WILL NEED
•Strategic thinking: you’re able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and to be the (wo)man with a plan, you leave nothing to chance;
•Creativity: you are able to manage the situations that may arise (if you have a background in recruiting you already know that it can get hectic).
•Autonomy: you’re independent and require minimum directives concerning your daily recruiting tasks.
•Mandatory: A minimun of 6 months-1 year experience in IT sourcing/recruiting
•You know very well the latest IT technologies from the market.
•Excellent English (speaking, writing);
•Nice to have: NGO activities and personal projects, much appreciated
•Be part of Temps Recruitment Department and work closely with your Team Leader;
•Acting as a Consultant for clients and candidates in order to support and deliver innovative resourcing /recruitment solutions;
•Manage full roll-out recruitment processes as follows: creating JDs for the job-openings, recruitment strategies to-be-followed in the process, CV screening and interviewing; business negotiations;
•Acting as the interface between candidates and clients;
•Engage in Head Hunting activities for specific roles and employer branding;
•Key account activities, negotiation and face to face discussions with Hiring Managers from client side.
