Requirements
Candidate should be/have:
• 1-3yrs Recruiting experience
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in Sourcing Job Candidates (internet sourcing, Boolean searches, etc.)
• Experience in Cold Calling Candidates
• Good sales/negotiation skills
• Able to work full 40hrs per week, on the 2nd shift (16:00 – 01:00 RO time)
• Preferred: knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Preferred: experience with professional disciplines, such as:
o Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics
o Customer Service
o Administrative Office Support
o Accounting / Finance
o Functional Project Management (i.e. Cost Engineers, Project Controls, Project Coordinators, Project Schedulers, Estimators, etc.)
Soft Skills:
• Able to work within a team as well alone
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Wiliness to perform other tasks as needed
• Work with internal company database, various job boards, social media, etc. to attract, identify and select potential candidates for jobs in the United States and possibly other global locations.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Maintain a list of exceptional qualified candidates
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Coordinate with other recruiting teams in the U.S., Brazil, Singapore and other locations.
