Buna capacitate de organizare si de respectare a termenelor
Asigura in dublu sens fluxul informational intre firma si clientii externi, precum si intre departamentele firmei;
Tehnoredacteaza diferite materiale si redacteaza corespondenta zilnica;
Preia apelurile telefonice si realizeaza legatura cu interiorul si exteriorul firmei;
Gestioneaza documentele de interes general ale firmei;
Centralizeaza comenzile de papetarie, consumabile, uniforme angajati, ecusoane, felicitari angajati si asigura stocul minim necesar;
Sorteaza si inregistreaza corespondenta primita in registrul de intrari-iesiri;
