Here is an opportunity for you – part time internship with Accenture Romania Recruiting Team between December and February.

Here is the ideal candidate profile:
- Students in Humanistic or Economical university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to organize, plan and adjust to rapidly changing work responsibilities and manage multiple tasks independently to achieve desired business results
- True passion for recruitment
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency in English

This is how your day will look like:
- Work with a team of recruitment professionals assisting in various stages of the recruitment process
- Performing specific recruitment activities such as: CV screening, phone interviews, administration of language tests, filling in candidate profiles, getting involved in onboarding activities

At the end of the internship period you will have a clear idea of:

b) Recruitment concepts, tools and applications
c) Recruitment processes and procedures
d) Onboarding and Induction process
