Knowledge required:

• Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases.
• Proficiency in the use of Access Databases
• Oracle and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.
• Relevant Language Skills: DUTCH or GERMAN advanced

To provide finance and analytical support to the country and regional Sales Controllers:
• To maintain a timely and accurate sales finance processes and reporting.

• Processing of sales orders including ensuring all back up documentation.
• Sales reporting and Sales close
• Provide a daily report of DM Standing from, for use within the sales department.
• Calculating Annual audits and no starts.
• Ensuring the implementation progress is maintained to drive accurate reporting of sales backlog.
• Process and distribute sales order information to other departments (e.g. Billing, Implementation and Service)
• Liaison with Sales and wider business to ensure completeness and accuracy of sales orders.
• Assist the Sales Controllers in projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Other ad hoc tasks, as required by the Sales Controller.
• Maintaining awareness and support of ADP policies and procedures.
• Load Sales numbers into Financial Reporting system Hyperion Planning.
• Calculating and reporting Sales associate and Sales Leader commissions
• SOX Compliance
• Daily Processing of Sales orders
• Daily reporting to analyse sales performance
• Calculation of sales commissions
• Performing sales audits no starts
• Ensuring adherence to sales controls

• Degree in business related subject preferred
• Financial experience preferred
