WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Required Education and Experience
§ Experienced with SAP system
§ Excellent Excel knowledge and analysis experience
§ Cost Controlling Experience
§ University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
or related field
§ Language skills- English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
§ Understanding of transportation rules and regulations; standard processes and business policies and
ability to develop and manage client and carrier
§ Skills to effectively communicate to all levels demonstrating expertise, professionalism
§ Master’s Level University Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
§ Training and certification on Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience
§ Experience of working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
§ FMCG industry work experience
•Acts Decisively and engages effectively with key stakeholders in a manner that generates buy-in to the GBS concept
•Collaborates with Supply Planning, Customer Services and Retained organization
•Drives Results to achieve the service performance metrics and delivers on benefit realization

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
§ Responsible for managing and overseeing the Cost Controlling, Freight Audit & Costing and Operational Analysis
§ Focusing on cost review and driving saving opportunities through deep dives analysis and audit of costs.
§ Providing financial insight and transparency that support the decision making in both operational and commercial organisations.
§ Responsible for managing communication with the planning and execution team
§ Partner effectively with external customers and internal transportation retained organization, customer service representatives, supply planning organization, distribution organization with a focus on increased value and benefit realization
§ Liaises with continuous improvement team to support implementation of operational and system improvements
§ Continuously seeks out opportunities to improve current processes
§ Provides on-going visibility into transportation movements and performance
§ Gathers improvement ideas from the transportation planners as well as form his team
§ Evaluates operational performance and team performance
§ Analyses and optimizes transportation & execution activities
