    The Pricing Specialist delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and follow-up on possible deals of the sales representatives with the partner/customer and finds the best way to balance the discounts in deals in order to make the customer/partner/sales representatives and local Business Unit satisfied with their results.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 1 year working experience within Special Pricing area;
    - Fluent English language and French medium/advanced language;
    - Educated to Bachelor degree level with basic knowledge of sales/customer support;
    - General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook;
    - Assertive communication skills (good questioning and listening skills);
    - Team spirit;
    - Business common sense;
    - Attention to details;
    - Efficiency in handling numbers;
    - Excellent organizational skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Manages sales admin tasks on behalf of AM/Sales Reps by Customer Call logging, email and assigned Activities / Service Requests through Siebel requests;
    - Co-ordinates existing sales admin processes on behalf of the Sales Reps including: checks Quote and Config. for (non-)complex quote request, responsible for triggering the internal process; creates and updates opportunities in the opportunity management tool (Siebel, SFDC); responsible for maintaining and checking the EUV checklist;
    - Manages non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote, according to the process and SLA in place and ensures the turn-around time is met;
    - Deal coordination, including deal entry and pricing coordination;
    - Approval of Fast track requests, according to the implemented process and regulations;
    - Implements process changes as agreed with Team Lead or Supervisor;
    - Offers feedback on demand and not only, concerning ongoing process changes;
    - Verifies the accuracy of data contained in the requests, as per the internal compliance guidelines;
    - Responsible for ensuring the right documentation is available for High Risk Deals.
