Requirements and skills

Graduate/MSc in one of the following areas: Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Insurance, Cybernetics, Statistics, Mathematics;
Specific skills in economics, mathematics, statistics and computer science to face real-world situations;
Having the ability to break down financial problems into smaller components in order to solve them;
Capable to make reliable predictions of future trends and to extract the important relations and implications from a large amount of data;
Acquainted with or eager to learn: VBA, MS Access, SQL, PL/SQL, R, C, SAS, SPSS.

Job role

In this role, you will have the chance to actively learn and understand what an Actuary does day-by-day while also having hands-on tasks. You will benefit from a 3 month paid internship within the Actuarial Support Center, subsequently having the chance of being part of the team.

The Actuarial Support Center within AMOS has the largest team of actuaries on the Romanian market: 40 young, motivated and passionate professionals that turn the unpredictable into predictable. The Actuarial Support Center has proved its financial expertise in the Allianz world by:

Analyzing, optimizing and even creating financial models that form the basis of insurance products;
Providing thorough analyses of complex data;
Performing data analytics for Allianz Group top players.
