    • Previous experience in a similar position
    • University Degree in Automotive or similar
    • Good knowledge of the automotive industry
    • Advanced English skills; French would represent an advantage
    • Analysis and synthesis abilities

    • Ability to anticipate and forecast
    • Managerial abilities: set objectives, coordinate activities, team motivation


    • Take part in the analysis meeting
    • Take part in the internal process of analysis and project planning
    • Take part in the writing of technical specifications, together with the Project Director (technical proposal, tasks, risks)

    Change Management:
    • Design together with project responsibles the transformation plan
    • Follow-up and manage the transformation plan of projects from time & material to working package

    The transformation of a project implies:
    • Project audit
    • Create deliverable catalogues
    • Create activity reports for the project team
    • Create the skill matrix
    • Create the risks matrix

    Resource Management:
    • Take part in the recruitment of consultants (technical validation)
    • Ensure the correct allocation of technical competencies inside the project teams
    • Ensure the correct allocation of project managers for the operational management of projects
    • Take part in the annual evaluation of consultants

    Project Management:
    • Under the supervision of a Project Director, ensure the quality, workload, delays and client satisfaction
    • Make sure the resources are allocated according to the type of post requested
    • Ensures the monitoring and deliverables of the assignment
    • Manage project priorities both project and client wise
    • Ensure the performance, productivity and efficiency of each project
    • Create the validation process and the deliverables verification
    • Discover the issues when they arise and correct the action plans
    • Create project KPIs
    • Ensure the application of Alten processes
    • Take part in project quality audits
    • Identify project risks and qualify them
    • Ensure a good client relationship
    • Manage the reunions between the project leader and project responsibles
