Bune abilitati de organizare si prioritizare a activitatilor;
Experienta in domeniul administrativ (asistent administrativ, receptionera, secretara, etc);
Atentie la detalii.

Scanarea documentelor;
Gestionarea contractelor;
Indosarierea si arhivarea corespondentei primite din partea partenerilor, clientilor companiei si a celorlalti angajati;
Elaborarea si redactarea de documente si rapoarte cerute de management.
