    • Very good communication skills and ability to integrate quickly in a team
    • Able to plan and organize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines
    • High attention to detail without compromising the ability to keep track of the assigned ongoing tasks
    • Mastery of Excel, and good Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Fluent written and spoken English, concise writing skills
    • Autonomous, rigorous, self motivated, problem solving attitude, flexible, calm

    • Ability to use the report-writing and analytical skills in order to provide client support, through data-driven feedback.
    • Strong analytical competencies and formal thinking, able to break problems down in their key variables and identify the relations between them
    • Opened to managing task groups, projects and people in time
    • Work experience in the gaming market would be a plus


    Use our internal tools to generate the sources for the reports
    • To perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and on request reports about the complaints received from our customers for all our games in Excel
    • To make weekly activity reports for the Customer Care team
    • To formulate ideas of their own, contributing to process improvements and report optimization and standardization
    • To create and maintain documentation for all reports owned
    • Maintain a good communication with the agents who handle the customer complains and with other teams
    • Ability to use report-writing and analytical skills to turn the data into meaningful business information
