Ideal Candidate:
College or University Degree;
Good knowledge of English Language;
Good knowledge and practice of MS Office;
1-3 years in leading SM Retailer in the section of Chilled products;
Driving License;
Great communication skills and ability to engage and cooperate both internally and externally;
Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and ability to understand and resolve problems;
Ability to take full responsibility with low supervision;
Ability for multi tasking and handling of enlarged work load and ability to swiftly prioritize;
Ability to place priorities based on daily and weekly targets avoiding in this order possible issues and problems;
Strong interest in the job and the products, enthusiasm and full commitment to the achievement of the sales targets;
Continuous learning of the products and specifications and understanding of the dynamics of each individual store and customer.
Main responsabilities:
Develops the stores in the retail agreement and build effective contact with store and section managers;
Contributes to the sales achievement of the Agreed Plan;
Maintains and improves the agreed and desired SKU visibility on shelves ( Merchandising) . Ensures that all products have adequate shelf life;
Records and controls the prices of the Olivio Farms SKUs and its competition on a store level. Ensure that all advertising material is properly placed;
If applicable ensures that credit policy is followed as per the Central Agreement;
Manages/ facilitates the ordering process through the section managers so that Olivio Farms SKUs are not in out of stock situations;
Monitors the sales per store and SKUs and identifies issues and opportunities to be raised at store and account level through interaction with the Key Account Manager;
Implements the agreed promotional activities for Olivio Farms ( tasting sessions, leaflets special visibility promos ). Also, ensures that product launches are properly introduced and merchandised in store;
Identifies and manages all out of stock situations at a store level.
