    Requirements

    University Degree in economic studies
    Minimum 5 years in finance-accounting field;
    English proficiency (mandatory)
    Very good skills of analysis and problem solving;
    Good planning and organizing skills;
    Client orientation and proactive attitude;
    Charisma accounting system knowledge will be considered as a plus.
    Fluent in English (verbal and written);
    Ability to meet deadlines;
    Good knowledge of local accounting standards and fiscal legislation;
    Self motivated, committed, attentive to details, team-player;
    Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skills;
    Knowledge of SAP or NAVISION would be an advantage;

    Responsibilities

    Is responsible for the bookkeeping of the company, including preparation of financial statements and reports, budgets and forecasts and management information.
    Is responsible for the reporting activity in connection with group requirements (IFRS). Advises management on financial resources, trends and the results of operations. Prepares reports for management, reporting financial conditions, detailing the source and application of funds, MIS reports.
    Monitors cash flow for the company and develops cash system.
    Prepares necessary cash flow analyses in accordance with management needs. Prepares financial reports concerning operations procedures.
    Prepares reports for management, reporting financial conditions.
    Makes recommendations for improving the financial operations and the position of the company.
    Communicates with tax authorities, tax specialists, lawyers and auditors to ensure legal compliance, at a minimum cost to the company.
    Prepares statutory audit and tax return filing.
