    Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies boast an experience of over 50 years in design and production of heating elements and systems, even completed with thermal controls for domestic and industrial applications. Thanks to its business units’ high specialization in the different application areas from major to small domestic appliances and from comfort conditioning to the industrial market, Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies has solid competence and steady innovation in developing tubular heaters, cartridges and band heaters, etched foil, heating cables, stitched wire heating elements, finned aluminium heaters, functional assemblies, and electronic controls.


     at least three-four years experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing domain (multinational company);
     English advanced level is mandatory, Italian would be an advantage.

     devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;

     looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;
     defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
     setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
     monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
     making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;
     using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business;
     making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
