    Cerinte

    • University degree in related area is a plus
    • Very good command and fluency of English and French (verbal and written)
    • Customer care expertise and escalation handling
    • Independent, flexible, organized, detail oriented and positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills

    Responsabilitati

    • Support the International assignments activities EMEA countries
    • Point of contact for documents gathering for external projects
    • Ensure end-to-end assignment management (for any type of assignment or mission);
    • Respond to inquiries and requests via phone and email
    • Report solution topics for process improvements
    • Create specific reports and analysis
