Senior Financial Analyst

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration
- International accounting/financial certified qualification (ACCA or CIMA) – would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 year of experience as financial analyst
- Controlling and finance experience
- Exposed to revenue management
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- IT systems knowledge (SAP, ERP, MS Office etc.)
- Strong computer skills in Excel, SAP & BI expertise preferred
- Experience in performing financial analysis
- Understanding of budgeting process
- Strong cost accounting background / experience along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution
- Analytical, technical and problem solving skills and abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Will be in charge with reporting and analysis activities like:
- Assisting the FP & A Team during month end closing with regards to Fragmented Trade activities
- Overlays the business performance measurement reports with detailed analyses and commentary to support the development of financial insights
- Provides financial performance insights and recommendations to Sales leadership, including commercial performance and spend effectiveness and identifies potential growth opportunities or risks through
- Provides assistance in designing of commercial reporting while working with FP & A Team
- Attends sales meetings on a regular basis and provides guidance on the content from financial perspective
Budget Forecasting activities:
- Prepare budgeting/forecasting process in relation to Fragmented Trade area as per the company’s rules and deadlines
- Provide support to Fragmented Trade budget owners for budgeting/forecasting various spend categories
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the commercial activities behind the commercial budget/forecast and provide support for optimization of the spent
Business Partnering activities:
- in decision making processes including pre & post projects evaluation for assumed sales Support for line managers
- By tracking of distributors’ financial performance by brand/pack and based on the business priorities, drive and support initiatives for improving the regional profitability/sales
- Provide detailed analysis on investments based on existing data, insights gathered from sales/market and suggest ways to efficiently use company’s available resource in line with the defined strategy
- Develops tailored financial methods to evaluate and measure business proposals with complete impact on business
- Assess financial aspects of initiatives and projects relevant to its dedicated area using established financial evaluation tools and utilizing specialist support where appropriate (e.g. tax or legal) provides recommendation
- Build strong cross-functional working relationship with Commercial team, actively supporting the integration across functions (participating at Commercial meetings, cross-functional projects, etc.)
