    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

     Fluent in English with French at advanced level (written and spoken)
     University degree in an Engineering discipline (Automation, Electrical, Telecomms)
     2+ years experience in the automation industry with good technical knowledge of different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Pharma etc.)
     2+ years experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (customer support, sales support, technical sales)
     Good understanding of Industry Processes
     Good Understanding of Process Control and Instrumentation
     Business Communication
     Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

    Responsibilities

     Analyze customers RFQ for project proposals, raise and resolve any queries
     Solution architect during pursuit and proposal phase by defining innovative and efficient solutions to fit customers’ requirements
     Responsible for the generation of all project proposal deliverables using various proposal tools ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates
     Collaborate, communicate and align activities with the local European PSS sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements
     Organize and/or attend internal proposal review meetings; report on assigned tasks and assumes full ownership of assigned actions
     Responsible for sales support activities derived out of the business unit objectives and initiatives
     Draw-up specific activity reports
     Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of PSS solutions and other BU's products and Industry applications
     Follow the correct working methods, procedures, tools, and identify areas of improvement where needed
     Report to the Proposals Manager/Team Leader to set the course of action necessary to deliver proposals according to customer requirements, in time and at the highest standards of quality
     Work with the European PSS sales team to issue several proposals in parallel
     Be flexible to travel to customer sites worldwide as well as to other European offices for kick-off meetings, clarifications, site surveys, proposal development and review meetings in accordance with the agreed sales and proposal strategies
     Support the development of Grade 1 engineers through technical and work processes training
     Adhere to company process managements ethical values at all time

    The Proposal Engineer is responsible for the timely delivery of accurate project proposals based on customer specifications, in line with the sales strategy. He/she is responsible for the concept,design and financial estimate of automation solutions based on control and safety systems,as well as third-party equipment.
