What you need to succeed:
Fully professional experience in IT recruitment of minimum 2 years.
Experience of using a broad range of sourcing techniques, social media, data mining, advertising, research.
You will need to be experienced in the full-cycle recruiting either with a combination of in-house and agency recruiting or an Agency recruiter who is looking for their first step into in house recruitment.
Highly organized and efficient.
Proactive attitude and open-mindedness.
Strong attention to details and multi-task orientation.
Strong communication skills.
What you will do:
Performing search for candidates according to relevant job criteria, using a wide variety of recruiting channels.
Maintain all applicants and interview data in recruiting database.
Prepare and send accurate hiring offers, compliant with the internal regulations and law. Write and send feedback to candidates during the hiring process.
Have a positive attitude focused on problem-solving instead of on the problem itself.
