An internal HR department always has a lot on its hands, especially if within in an changeable domain such as IT.
We want to show an entry level guy or gal what is it all about.
One of the most commonly aspects will be on recruitment and selection tasks (getting all the infos from the technical managers and team leader, setting up the strategies, campaigning, research the market for possibly new colleagues, maintain databases to day, interviewing candidates, set up technical tests etc.)
You will also take part to other administrative and non-administrative tasks starting with the hiring process, induction of the new colleagues, events organizing, company meetings etc. and have an overview on all major HR aspects.
