    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role in a corporate environment
    • Experience with scheduling interviews, processing offers, and travel arrangements
    • Must be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities
    • Excellent English skills
    • Strong administrative/problem solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of executive management
    • Ability to handle confidential matters and information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Bachelor Degree preferred

    * The initial contract will be on determined period, with possibility of prolongation!

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting the recruiters with all administrative projects
    • Track and report applicant & interview data;
    Maintain recruitment records in accordance with firm regulations;
    • Effectively handle a high volume of offers and associated administrative duties
    • Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from scheduling to on-boarding
    • Initiate background checks and results among new hires
