    Requirements

    - Technical University degree
    - Over 7 years of IT experience, minimum 2 years experience in leading architecture and design
    - Preferably experience with Automation tools like BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Fusion or Jacada
    - Architecting enterprise level automation involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs
    - Experience front ending client facing discussions
    - Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other industry standard ERP is preferred.
    - Strong communication skills
    - Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
    - Strong leadership skills
    - Team management experience
    - Fluency in English
    - Travel availability

    Responsibilities

    The Automation Architect conducts high level/ detailed RPA assessments either for new or existing Automation Opportunities. Also, evangelizes the Robotic Process Automation concepts with various Deals.

    Skill: Application Architecture (MS Technologies) / Automation Architecture

    Responsibilities
    - Solution back office process automation leveraging industry tools and technology
    - Support building automation capability and mentor development team and architects
    - Evaluate and Prototype internal or external products and provide recommendation to address business requirements
    - Support in Pre-Sales efforts providing technical expertise on standard offerings and client requirements
    - Assist development team in resolving technical problems
    - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
    - Assist with the design, build, rollout and run support for technology solutions
    - Design and/or configure applications/ tools to functional and technical requirements
    - Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs
    - Architect on Robotic Process Automation
    - Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations
    - Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
    - Support in Pre-sale activities and provide technical solution to automate client requirements
    - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
    - Assist development team in resolving technical problems
    - Assist Support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues
    - Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
