Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Very good command of French and English (mandatory)
Experience in mass recruiting
Excellent communication skills
Good usage of different recruiting strategies
Problem solving abilities, well organized and flexible person, excellent team player, goal oriented person with great ability to work under pressure
TELUS International Europe is currently searching for a new colleague to join a growing and fast-paced company and to be part of the Recruitment team located in our office in Bucharest.
You will be responsible for the recruitment process for one of our most important account and will be part of an environment with international exposure and great career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle the recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptance and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Use social networking channels and attend association meetings, job fairs and other networking events to build relationships, promote the firm, and develop an understanding of the regional employment market
Partnering with operations management, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs
Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
Provide quality recruitment and selection process information to hiring managers
Participate in various HR projects
