• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and Dutch
• Excellent communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle requests from different countries in Europe
• Ability to perform in adverse situations
• Experience with any home/consumer audio/video products is preferred but not required
• 1 to 2 years of work experience would be an advantage
This role requires you to be part of a regional support team for an audio/video company offering support to customers from European countries.
The job has technical orientated aspects where good troubleshooting skills are required and thus the ability to think out of the box is preferred.
There are also non-technical aspects where it’s required to help customers with E-commerce related inquiries, tracking customer orders and helping customers return orders.
