    Requirements

    -Outstanding organization and communication skills;
    -Proven experience with Windows OS - workstation;
    -Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite;
    -Basic networking skills (i.e.: Internet connectivity, VPN, wireless connections);
    -Basic PC Hardware configuration and diagnostic;
    -Computer peripherals: printers, scanners, TVs, projectors etc.;
    -Strong internal customer orientation;
    -Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.

    Nice to have:

    -Experience with security systems such as Antivirus and firewalls (Workstation level);
    -Previous experience with a ticketing system;
    -Studies: Computer Science, Electronics or similar;
    -Linux or Mac OS X workstation experience.

    Responsibilities

    -Handles requests from internal clients and / or escalate to appropriate teams;
    -Works closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth escalations, close working relationships and effective end-to-end customer assistance;
    -Creates and manages Active Directory users and groups according to internal procedures or requests received from internal clients;
    -Insures a safe and friendly workstation environment for the company users;
    -Offers first level of support for the company’s internal applications (i.e. JIRA, TestRail, CRM, etc.);
    -Acquires, configures and distributes new equipment according to requests received from internal clients (i.e. laptops, phones, headphones, etc.);
    -Creates a customer-centric culture for all areas of responsibility and the IT department as a whole.
