The financial manager is responsible for the financial health of our organization: should produce the financial reports, is responsible for direct investment activities, and develops strategies and plans for the long- term financial goals of the organization.
- manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- together with the General Manager, formulate strategic and long-term business plans;
- use our IT systems and associated information resources to provide and interpret financial information;
- monitor and interpret cash flows and predicting future trends;
- research and report on factors influencing business performance;
- develop financial management mechanisms that minimize the financial risks;
- conduct evaluations and for cost-reduction opportunities;
- manage and coordinate of all accounting and fiscal reporting activities for the organization, including P&L statement and balance sheet reports;
- oversee all purchasing and payroll activity;
- monitor banking activities of the organization;
- oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- manage and allocates the staff resources according to the needs; set objectives and motivate the members of your team;
Our client is one of the most important suppliers of DIY power tools and accessories in Romania. Their objective is to provide the clients with the right products to perform easily and safely DIY projects, such as: home repair and redecoration, or garden arrangement and maintenance.
They deliver a wide range of power tools, from angle grinders and rotary hammers for household use, to water pumps or grass trimmers to be used in gardens. The company also furnishes a broad range of accessories for power tools, such as cutting discs, sanding papers, belts, blades for circular saws and many others.
