• Thorough understanding of the recruitment market through professional experience in recruiting candidate profiles specific to the targeted industries and region
• Relevant professional experience in sourcing a variety of IT and Engineering profiles
• Self-driven and pro-active in discovering new market trends and ways to find and attract the targeted profiles
• Great communication skills that enable you to easily attract talent
• Solution oriented and able to easily understand a profile from both a technical and soft skills point of view
• English is required.
• French is a plus.

• Proactively research and understand the local market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential opportunities
• Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking, and proactive search
• Define candidate profiles and job descriptions together with the Business Unit Managers
• Draft job posts and promote them by all means available
• CV screening and interview programming
• Organize and participate in job fairs
