    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:
    • Main responsible for the office space: maintenance, supplies, equipment;
    • Managing the company cash flow;
    • Searching for new providers, maintaining and developing good relationships with the current ones and being responsible for acquisitions;
    • Recording office expenditure and managing the budgets and payments;
    • Assigning and monitoring administrative and secretarial responsibilities and ensuring that the filing systems are maintained and accurate;
    • Support project managers in their work.
