    • Technical University degree
    • At least 5 years of experience in the area of project management support within IT
    • Large experience in implementing automation solutions
    • Knowledge of business processes in different areas: finance, telecommunication, insurance
    • Strong programming and OOP knowledge is as advantage
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Team management experience
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Travel availability


    The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term automation project with a base automation product.

    Will perform wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

    • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Solutions Team.
    • Create a detailed work plan (Project plan) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Automation.
    • Determine and plan for the pre-requisites (access, ids source application requirements etc).
    • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required. Responsible for baseline and rebaseline of the project for any CRs.
    • Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization
    • Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
    • Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate

    • Execute the project according to the project plan
    • Co-ordinate implementation and keep all the stakeholders appraised with the current situation.
    • Be the Functional expert on the process and guide the Tech Lead time-to-time for solutioning the automation. Implementation lead should be responsible for the overall functional solution of the Automation.
    • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
    • Ensure all the hand-off is completed from Development to the Support Team.

    • Create reports on the project for management and for Internal Sr. Mgmt
    • Communicate with Operations as outlined from the Internal Sr. Mgmt
    • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
    • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
    • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding agreements

    • Be a Functional/ Architectural mentor for overall delivery of the Automation project
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
    • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
