Requirements:
Level of studies: University degree in Economics
Field experience for at least 6 monts
Computer skills, MS Office package required.
Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge in ERP
Good accounting knowledge
Problem analysis and problem solving

Responsibilities:
Checking and accounting of the invoices received according to the requirements/ procedures of the client and to the legal ones
Performing tasks on time by liaising with the parties involved
Performing tasks related to the verification of the invoices and accounting of the suppliers
Improvement of the process
Performing of other assigned tasks on time and in a professional manner.
Checks invoices before processing
Responsible for the accounting properly and in due time of the received invoices
Operates the modifications required by the Client
Checks daily the ERP inbox for processing the WF messages
Checks permanently the email messages and responds after fulfillment of the application
