    - English proficiency;
    - Bachelor degree in Computer or other related field;
    - Understanding on IT operation;
    - Good understanding on system and network operation procedure;
    - Minimum 1 years operator experience on system and network.


    - Following actions according to predefined operational procedures;
    - Execution, monitoring and alerting of predefined operational tasks on COREBANKING systems;
    - Act as Operator to complete prescheduled operational tasks;
    - Performing EOD Operations on several environments for several countries;
    - Hourly Call Center services checks;
    - Hourly Internet banking services checks;
    - Delivering COREBANKING application;
    - Debug users upon request;
    - Daily file transfers, batch processing request executions;
    - Executing several WEBMIN tasks upon procedures;
    - Performing Deployment Operations on several environments upon request;
    - Defining batch Jobs on Core Banking EOD environments;
    - Monitoring DRC replications;
    - Monitoring Backup systems.
