Requirements:
• University degree or ongoing University studies (technical / financial sector is an advantage);
• Experience on a similar position is considered an advantage;
• Good written and verbal English skills;
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team as well as individually;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Attention to details;
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• Ability to identify solutions;
• Ability to work with numbers;
• Focus on results;

What would you do?

• Process bank account statements in order to bring the data to the required form for loading payments into the system;
• Load the processed data into the system on a daily basis;
• Reconcile on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, the amounts loaded into the system with the values from the bank account statements in order to verify that everything was loaded correctly;
• Prepare various reports based on the data loaded in the system;
• Check payments that after loading were classified as unidentified and subsequently allocate the identified ones;
• Solve quickly requests related to payment corrections and other requests related to your work;
• Collaborate with internal clients in order to optimize the payments identification process and to identify various errors.
