    Previous experience:
    • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably >3 years of experience
    • Proven leadership experience
    • Ideally knowledge of insurance business, preferably in claims management

    Responsabilitati

    Duties and Responsibilities (not exclusively but the following):
    • Management responsibilities (50% of time)

    • Quality Assurance and responsibility for Target Delivery of the team (meeting qualitative and quantitative targets)
    • Continuous performance monitoring and corrective support for team members
    • Coach team members in order to deliver and maintain high results
    • Support with planning and forecasting necessary capacities
    • Continuous development/improvement of operational processes
    • Delivering of reporting in line with deadlines
    • Setting up new reporting when requested
    • Participation/lead of local/international Projects
    • Key Account of internal/external international clients for all operational related topics
    • Follow instructions of the management of the company

    • Professional handling of claims cases (50% of time)
    • Perform full scope of claims management activities
    • Support Quality Maintenance Actions through payment validation and feedback
    • Follow instructions of management of the company
