Job responsibilities

* Create purchase orders for raw materials in SAP
* Track orders and monitor the delivery dates of suppliers;
* Daily follow up of the stocks of materials and warning the supplier in case of increasing/decreasing the stock over/under optimum stock level;
* Ensure the interface (information, requests, orders, establish priorities for the deliveries of materials) with the suppliers of materials;
* Create and allocate new materials for the plant;
* Making the purchase orders for raw materials from external suppliers
* Planning of raw materials according to production planning followed with internal system
* Check goods invoices in accordance to purchase orders and also the transport invoices
* Planning and forecasting of raw materials in SAP

Requirements

* University degree;
* Advanced English language skills;
* Purchasing experience represents a plus;
* Knowledge of SAP represents a plus;
* Planning & organizational skills;
* Customer & quality orientation;
* Professional communication skills;
* Analytical thinking;
* Ability to work under pressure;
* Interest in details;
* Experience in handling different complex tasks;
