Knowledge, studies and experience:
4 - 5 years experience in Credit Risk in Banking/ IT entities, Big Four Audit Companies – consulting part for projects related on RWA calculation, Basel II, Basel III
Experience of similar projects, discipline, efficiency, tenacity, pragmatism,
Experience on deployment in a multi-entity environment, Knowledge of the bank management and regulatory areas
Good understanding of IT projects methodology – understanding of business and functional specifications, testing, change management, training for users);
Accounting and Financial Background – Academy of Economic Studies (preferred Finance, Accounting or Cybernetics)
Autonomy and initiative, written and oral expression quality
Good communication skills
Good level of English and French
9 – 10 months relocated in Paris
Up to 1 month at beginning training in Paris and after the mission can be done from Bucharest with travel 1 week/ month to Paris
Starting date: ASAP
Managing the Risk and Finance process on calculating Basel 3 and the production of regulatory COREP, FINREP, functional architecture, information systems, processes
Analyzing the quality indicators, identify projects to improve the quality of data collected and accompany these projects so that they bring real improvement in the quality of the steering plate.
Control the quality improvement actions on Financial area:
- Exploit existing quality indicators and propose appropriate return conditions or propose new indicators
- Analyze the priority needs and propose projects to be launched
- Interact with local governance to ensure the consideration of applications
- Maintain the project planning
- Manage expense plan
- Send alerts
- Driving bank approvals issues projects
- Being force proposal to improve approval procedures and governance of these projects
- Conduct a review of the quality requirements and the adequacy of controls on key data
