    Knowledge, studies and experience:

    3 years experience in Process Management (mapping & optimization for Processes)
    Financial and Banking Studies - Academy of Economic Studies
    Advanced English and French average
    Excellent communication skills and persuasion
    Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
    Lean methodology knowledge
    1-2 two months training in Paris; Availability to travel wherever needed to Paris and other locations in Europe.

    Coordinates project teams and provides support and advice to carry out the project objectives in terms agreed
    Coordinates the implementation of management processes, aiming defining, modeling, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling critical processes and performance reporting their order processes SG EBS to respond to an extent larger customer expectations and create an organizational culture oriented towards quality
    Implement standard documentation processes SG EBS optimization projects included in the processes and methodology for optimizing processes based on cycle Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control
    Plan the implementation of each project in detail, controls and monitors each project
