    - University degree;
    - Driving license B category;
    - Willing to travel;
    - 5 year experience in Learning & Development;
    - Exposure to different business environments;
    - English language – B2 level;
    - FMCG domain is mandatory;
    - Ability to mobilize and inspires others;
    - Business understanding and strategic thinking;
    - Open minded and focused on results;


    - Develops and coordinates the implementation of the regional / national training in order to sustain the development plans Heineken’s and Distributors sales force;
    - Constantly evaluates training needs in order to develop, modify or improve training & development programs;
    - Designs new training content, tools and programs while updating existing training materials;
    - Delivers training sessions to allocated groups (classroom training, on the job training and coaching, e-learning etc.);
    - Stays in permanent contact with the representatives of external training providers and any other providers of training related services;
    - Administrates all training events organization by setting up and announcing the agenda, splitting the groups, communicating to the participants’ managers, coordinating the logistics, ensuring registration for e-learning, monitoring participation rate;
    - Fills in and sends Training Reports to all concerned parties (list of attendance, feedback from participants, trainer’s comments and suggestions);
    - Offers support to Organizational Development Team in deployment of training for the entire organization.
