    •Coordinates and communicates permanently with customers so that testing approaches/methodologies are clearly articulated and all the prerequisites are identified and raised to the appropriate decision making authority;
    •Facilitates different training activities necessary for testing, in which customers are involved, providing guidance and advice for the actual roll out of those activities;
    •Following the project testing plan, implements the allocated test schedule by executing allocating testing activities for systems functionalities, systems interfaces or data flows;
    •Based on the predefined project requirements, creates relevant test cases or provides input in the design of testing scenarios;
    •Executes testing procedures/scripts and reviews results against the expected outcome;
    •Documents and reports identified issues in the defects/bug tracking system, participate in the root cause analysis process and follows up on their remediation;
    •Offers support to testers, manages 3rd party contractors, tracks and reports the progress to project leadership team;
    •As testing is a cyclical activity outside of the testing phase testing manager will support other project management activities: data migration, cutover, stabilization, implementation and planning;
