    •At least 2 years’ experience in administration and support of learning and development / performance management / talent management activities;
    •Experience in working with a Learning Management System or Performance Management / Talent Management applications;
    •Customer Service Skills - Delivers service in role with the customer at the heart. Identifies continuous opportunities to deliver a high quality and professional output;
    •Planning and organization skills;
    •Priority setting skills;
    •Knowledge of Learning & Development applications;
    •Knowledge of how Performance Management cycle works, what are main phases and output;
    •Knowledge of Talent Management cycle and Succession planning approach;

    Responsabilitati

    •Is expected to execute Learning and Development, Performance and Talent related service requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as to answer to complex employee queries related to Learning and Development, Performance and Talent;
    Principal Accountabilities
    •Provides specialist technical expertise for the processing of Learning & Development, Performance and Talent activities in accordance with BAT policies and guidelines;
    •Supports in the delivery of Learning and Development and Talent initiatives, together with the ongoing evaluation and analysis of outcomes;
    •Produces data to support the Talent & OE CoE in talent and succession planning activities;
    •Proactively manage talent technology solutions across multiple modules using the HR procedures and guidance available to them by:
    1.Updating learning and events content on the Learning Management System (LMS);
    2.Providing logistical support for the management of L&D activities, for example course cancellations;
    3.Opening the performance review system, generating self-assessment and objective forms and providing reports for quality checking;
    •Maintains organisational talent data, for example learning / training records for BAT Employees;
    •Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs;
    •Develops and distributes communications regarding changes to specialist services, policies, processes or programmes;
