Junior Support Consultant - Technical

Bachelor in Cybernetics/Business IT (ASE)
Unix knowledge and light knowledge of SQL
Capital Markets knowledge is a plus
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Good command of English

As a member of the FusionCapital Kondor Bucharest team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Respond to user requests
Ensure that the client is able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
Update clients on the on the progress towards issue resolution
Track issues sent to other departments and ensure a resolution to the client’s satisfaction is attained
Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
Pass feedback to other departments
