Anti-Corruption Control Analyst

The Anti-Corruption Control Analyst will be responsible for identifying when the AC Control applies to a sales opportunity, and tracking the completion of the AC Control for opportunities in scope.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- 2+ years of experience in audit, finance or accounting;
- Proficient at analysis in Excel;
- Fluent English knowledge;
- Ability to deliver quality work in high-pressure situations;
- Appreciation for legal and ethical concepts;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong motivation, good eye for details, high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Run a pre-set report from Salesforce.com, fortnightly, to maintain a tracking sheet with all SOAR AC Control opportunities;
- Filter report to isolate opportunities in scope for the SOAR AC Control;
- Create and send voting emails to Opportunity Owners to confirm opportunities with third parties, and resolve questions and data discrepancies;
- Create SOAR AC Control Excels for each opportunity in scope;
- Trigger and monitor completion of SOAR AC Control by Opportunity Owner (Accountable) and Legal, Finance, Procurement roles (Responsible);
- Retain all records on WW SOAR AC Control SharePoint and prepare for annual audits (e.g. PBC, or “prepared by client” lists);
- Support refinements to the SOAR AC Control over time.
