Internal Auditor

This role will be responsible for executing audit steps on an assigned process, organization or topic area, up to and including leading large, complex, global audits.

Requirements:
- University bachelor’s degree;
- 2-4 years of related experience in finance, accounting or audit;
- Accounting or audit qualification, such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluent in English language;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Basic understanding of company businesses and revenue cycle;
- Business acumen;
- Analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as main point of contact for all audit clients;
- Audits basic business processes; and performs standard audits that are typically small in scope;
- Performs tasks that involve identifying inherent and residual risks and helps conduct risk-based audits;
- Provides basic research and data analysis support for projects; analyzes data and supports others on the team;
- Gains understanding of company’s audit procedures and developments;
- Supports solution development with guidance at the business unit or country level;
- Provides best-in-class recommendations to close the gap in control deficiencies;
- Executes overall audit portfolio in business plan;
- Develops a network of fellow professionals and audit clients to ensure recommendations are reasonable, proportionate to the risk, and viable to implement.
