    Requirements

    •At least 3 years Master Data Management and HRSS experience;
    •Proficiency in English language;
    •Experience with MS Office tools, Excel, data warehousing and reporting technologies etc;
    •Desired experience in MDM Technologies;
    •At least 3 or more years’ experience in Call Centre environment, Queue Management, Benefits Administration, Data Management Processes, or Human Resources areas;
    •Knowledge of basic Quality Management tools and techniques;
    •HR Administration - High quality and accurate administration of HR services and processes.
    •Continuous Improvement - Looks to drive continuous improvement of the business by striving to see new opportunities and openings to deliver greater business value;
    •Employee Relations - Has a current knowledge of employee relations regulations and understands how to apply the BAT policies to ensure standardized execution. Supports in the management of union negotiations and engagements and are closely aligned to Employment Law;
    •HR Metrics & Analytics - Understands HR data and how this can be gathered, manipulated and interpreted to inform decision making through MI reporting. Works with the HRIS to produce relevant reports. Uses analytics to provide predictive data analysis for informing future strategy development and initiatives;
    •HR Policy & Process - Full end to end view of the HR policy and process landscapes and how to interpret content and execute advise or transactions as necessary for the role;
    •Project Delivery - Professionally delivers projects to achieve long term benefits, maintaining a clear view of the project objectives, risk areas and engagement methodologies required to gain business buy-in and delivery. Implements appropriate risk mitigation to reduce risk likelihood and impact on delivering the project;
    •Effective Communication - Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels;

    Responsibilities

    Principal Accountabilities:

    •Employee Admin & Master Data Management specialist Team Lead who is accountable for leading, developing and delivering an efficient and effective Customer focussed Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist team;
    •Manages all people management activities of specialist team and is accountable for ensuring the team delivers an efficient and effective Customer focussed service, including through assessing individual team member service quality;
    •Manages the overall Employee lifecycle delivered by the specialist team, builds and maintaining a working environment conducive to teamwork, quality and productivity;
    •Oversees data entry provided to all HR groups and end users and the execution of Employee data administration services;
    •Reviews and approves documentation to conform with specific local legislative requirements;
    •Owns the development and management of data management processes;
    •Communicates BAT data administration and security standards and monitors team’s compliance;
    •Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of specialist services in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs;
    •Manages all people management activities for a team of Employee Admin & MDM Specialists, ensuring effective on-boarding, performance management, development and adherence to policies and processes;
    •Has deep specialist knowledge of Employee Admin & MDM service delivery and compliance issues in order to act as a point of escalation for Specialists with complex queries;
    •Delivers the day to day management of the operational team budget and manages the specialist team within these remits;
    •Ensures that Employee Admin & MDM processes and standards are maintained and proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities to drive service improvement;
    •Manages relevant HR vendors related to specialism;
    •Oversees the execution of all administration related to the service provider relationship in line with agreed performance metrics;
