In this role you will report directly to our Recruitment Partners. They will act as Mentors helping you with your personal and professional development.
The Technical Sourcer is an integral member of our recruitment team who combines research and consultative skills to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
• Partner with our Tech Recruiters to develop candidate pipelines for current and future positions;
• Implement smart research strategies using various Internet resources in order to identify the appropriate candidates;
• Develop an in-depth knowledge on how to use social media as a sourcing and branding tool, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Recruiter Facebook, GitHub, local and international job platforms, blogs etc.
• Create compelling project descriptions and directly contact suitable candidates;
• Constantly maintain up to date our current database and ensure all candidates are trackable for tech recruiters and other stockholders.
