Continental is taking the initiative to develop solutions towards leading edge technology.

This means a lot for HR IT team: working with on cloud solutions (i.e. Employee Central, Talent Management from SAP SuccessFactors, Travel Management from SAP Concour), developing global standards and systems with localizations applied on top.

As SAP Consultant HCM for IT Center Europe you will have to:

* Provide SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) application support for the SAP HCM module - different clients/countries * Configure and or develop reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations * Participate in HCM projects in accordance with company project management methodology * Lead small to medium sized projects (more than 5 project days and up to EUR 25K ) or have workpackage lead role in larger projects * Provide HCM business process consulting in an effort to improve HCM processes via introduction of HCM best practices.

Job requirements:
* Advanced English language skills mandatory (written and spoken) * Experience (3+ years) in the design and configuration of the SAP HCM module (time management and payroll) * HR know-how * International assignments are an advantage * Any other technical interaction with HR tools is a plus * Knowledge of project management principles
