Knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, or related field;
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HR Analyst or Reporting analyst.
IT skills on programming : VBA;
Business analysis competencies;
Fluent in French and English - written and spoken;

You will have the mission to offer second level assistance and to handle reporting as well as business analysis activities for HR software applications for Societe Generale.
Analysis of client’s business needs and mapping of these needs on the systems’ functionalities;
Elaboration of functional specificities after developing business analysis activity;
Analysis of system’s anomalies and follow-up of correction activity alongside with technical involved teams;
Ensure the unit testing in order to guarantee the applications’ conformity;
Support for the involved end users during the testing activity and technical support in the post-implementation phase.

A large part of our team is integrated into the IT department (ITEC) of the Investment Bank of Societe Generale - GBIS for Global Banking and Investor Solutions. We are currently extending the team to work with all business lines of Société Générale Group: French retail bank, international retail bank and insurance services, and corporate IT systems.
