    Responsabilitati

    - Asista Directorul departamentului in probleme de comunicare, documentare si coordonare interna;
    - Primeste corespondenta (trimisa prin posta, electronic sau fax), o prezinta persoanelor responsabile, o inregistreaza si distribuie personalului caruia i-a fost repartizata;
    - Asigura activitatea de protocol in cadrul intalnirilor pentru departamentul Retail, in conformitate cu cerintele zilnice;
    -Tehnoredacteaza materiale produse de serviciile functionale;
    - Elaborarea si redactarea documentelor si situatiilor cerute de management, tine minuta sedintelor la care participa Directorul departamentului;
    - Menținerea legăturii cu clienţii, furnizorii şi alte categorii de personal care au legatura directa cu departamentul Retail;
    - Organizeaza şi participa la întruniri, asigurand necesarul pentru pregatirea Directorului de operatini;
    - Ofera suport pentru crearea de rapoarte zilnice/ saptamanale/ lunare pentru managementul superior;
    - Introducerea si centralizarea informatiilor primite in baze de date;
    - Asigura fluxul si verificarea documentelor pentru departamentul financiar.
